Our Operations
CARDINAL POINT ADVISORS LLC (CPA) is headed by a Principal Advisor who is responsible for directing and coordinating all the firm’s engagements. The Principal Advisor assigns consultants and senior advisors to various projects based on their expertise and background.
The firm also has several consultants and advisors (senior and junior) who are responsible for various tasks. These consultants and advisors are affiliates. They are called upon whenever there is an assignment that meets their background.
PRINCIPAL ADVISOR
James F. Kollie, Jr., PhD, CMA is the founder and Principal Advisor of CPA. He is responsible for the overall management and direction of the firm. James has more than 25 years of experience in business, government, and non-profit. Before coming to run the firm fulltime, James served the Government of Liberia for 10 years in various capacities including Deputy Minister for Regional and Sectoral Planning; Deputy Minister of Finance for Revenues; Deputy Minister of Finance for Fiscal Affairs; Acting Minister of Finance; and Commissioner/CEO of the Liberia Maritime Authority.
